  • Aswara Store is a cloud store on the secure Salla e-commerce platform, certified by the Saudi Business Center, which is the official authority for authenticating e-stores in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The store's products are guaranteed as a right to the customer for one year from the date of purchase, and the product details are shown in the registered specifications and are taken into account in the event of questioning.
  • The store's policy has been recorded to guarantee the rights of the customer and the merchant. Failure to read the policies, procedures, and store rules does not exempt the customer from the rules and regulations related to purchasing from the store, the required maintenance, or the exchange, return, or cancellation systems. Accordingly , it was noted that the customer will not be compensated for violating the policies with any amounts or alternative products.

Aswara Store's exchange, return and cancellation policy:

  • Recovery mechanism:

The customer has the right to return the order after receiving the shipment if he wishes without any defects, within a maximum of 24 hours from the time of receipt, as the customer contacts us via WhatsApp technical support and informs us of his desire to return it on the number ( +966560016699 ) and the amount will be returned to the customer using the same payment method used, provided that the product is in its original condition and the packaging has not been opened or damaged, and he proves to us that the product has not been disassembled or used with a video that proves the product is safe.

( Any product that has been opened in its factory packaging - cellophane - protective plastic - or has any defect or evidence of use - cannot be returned .)

The customer must be careful to return the product in a protected box . The customer will bear the cost of delivery and return to us at his own expense in the following ways:


1- The product will be shipped well packaged by the customer himself, using the shipping company he desires, to the warehouse address in Jeddah.

( And pay an amount of 45 riyals as the basic shipping value from the warehouse, transferred to the National Bank account SA3410000000566977000100 or deducted from the original order value )

2- Return the product to the store by requesting a return from the store and issuing a return policy to the store’s warehouse address.

( And pay an amount of 90 riyals, which is the value of the shipping costs from the store’s warehouse to the customer and to the store’s warehouse from the customer, which will be deducted from the original order value or transferred to the National Bank account SA3410000000566977000100 )


*Payment requests via Tamara or Tabby cannot be refunded after 7 days from the order date.*

*The amount will be refunded after the store receives the product and ensures its integrity using the same payment method used in the order after fulfilling the above conditions*

  • Replacement mechanism:

- The customer has the right to replace the product in the event of a manufacturing defect or if it is damaged or does not meet the description mentioned or the displayed form only. The customer has the right to replace the product within 3 working days from the date of receipt if the factory packaging has not been removed from it. If the product has been removed from the factory packaging, it cannot be replaced. It only deserves maintenance if necessary . - In the event that the customer wishes to exchange the product after receiving the product (within a maximum of 3 days) without any manufacturing defects and without disassembling or damaging the factory packaging, such as exchanging a color, size, shape, or product for another product, he will bear its value ( An amount of 120 riyals, which is the value of the shipping costs from the store warehouse to the customer and to the store warehouse from the customer, and then re-sending the product that is desired to be replaced to the customer, will be transferred to the National Bank account SA3410000000566977000100).

  • Cancel orders:

If the customer wishes to cancel the order before it leaves the warehouse and is delivered to the shipping companies , the customer will not be liable for any fees, and the full amounts paid will be refunded through the same payment channels through which the order was placed .

If the customer wishes to cancel the order after it has been delivered to the shipping companies and has left the store’s custody to the shipping company that received the order and the delivery procedures to the customer have begun, the customer is responsible for the following:

The customer shall bear the shipping fees paid by the store, amounting to ( 90 riyals - which is the cost of delivering the order to the customer and the cost of returning the order to the warehouse from which the order was executed in the event that the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company ). This shall be deducted from the value of the amount paid for the order, and the remaining value shall be returned to the same payment channel after receiving it and ensuring that it has not been opened in the first place or received by him.

  • Important notice:

- To ensure an important warning, opening and using the product will void your right to return or exchange it. Products for personal use cannot be accepted after use.

The customer will not be compensated if he relies on previous information about the product and does not review the product description on the website before ordering. The customer is entitled to free maintenance for the necessary products for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The customer only bears the cost of delivery and shipping, while the store bears the cost of maintenance and the cost of re-sending the product.
